Introduction

By accessing www.visualarmenia.org: the official website (hereinafter “Website”) of the Visual Armenia Foundation (hereinafter “Foundation”), any part of it, using the materials published on the Website, the donation system, you (the visitor or user of the Website) gree with the terms set forth below, as well as with the Privacy Policy. Please carefully read our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge and agree that the hard copy of these Terms of Use and/or any of the Foundation’s emails will be acceptable by the government and non-governmental agencies and courts.

The Foundation reserves the right to modify or update the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy from time to time by indicating the date of the last changes on the Website. By continuing to use the Website after such changes, you accept and agree to the modified Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Donation

By making a donation on the Website, you acknowledge and agree that you are a legally capable person over the age of eighteen, and enter into a contractual relationship with the Foundation. If you make a donation on behalf of any association or organization, you certify that you have such authority and these Terms of Use are acceptable to that association or organization.

By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that it is made under the auspices of the Foundation. 

When making a donation, you may choose to make a recurring donation. In case of providing your consent for recurring donation, you will be automatically charged each month until cancellation. You may cancel your recurring donation prior to the next donation date to avoid future charges. If you wish to cancel your recurring donation, you should contact the Foundation at info@visualarmenia.org.

In case of an issue encountered while making donations via the Website, please write an email to info@mystep.foundation within 10 business days describing the issue and providing your contact details. Our specialists will treat your request and get back to you within 5 business days after receiving your letter.

Reliability of the Provided Information

You certify that the information provided during or after the donation is accurate and complete.

Responsibility

The donation made on the Website is considered accepted if the donor receives a confirmation email from the Foundation. The confirmation email is considered an agreement between the donor and the Website, and this Privacy Policy is an integral part of that agreement. From that moment on, the donation is considered completed.

The Foundation is not liable for its failure to meet the obligations or for not meeting those on time due to an event of “force majeure” or any circumstances beyond its control that accrued after receiving donations.

If any of these conditions is being considered invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be removed from the other terms that will continue to be considered valid.

Emails and Communication

The Foundation communicates with you by sending emails or posting announcements and information on the Website. You agree to receive emails from the Foundation in order to handle the mutual transactions properly.

The Foundation sends to its donors and partners the following emails:

1. a donation confirmation email;
2. a donation rejection email in case of any issues related to the donation process;
3. news, updates and announcements about the Foundation.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

Certain services of the Website require the collection and use of certain personal information. The Foundation collects, uses and transfers your personal information in accordance with the terms set forth in our Privacy Policy, which is a part of these Terms of Use. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your information.

Third Party Services and Websites

The Website may offer certain third party services or contain links to third party sites and your use of them will be governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies. We don’t control and aren’t liable for the information, products and services that exist on those websites.

The Content of the Website

The Website and materials available or used in connection with the provision of the Website are the property of the Foundation. You agree not to duplicate, modify, sell, distribute or create derivative works based (in whole or partly) on any element of the website, subject to materials available through the Website, except with the prior written permission of the Foundation.
