Needs assessment: The “Visual Armenia” Development Foundation launches mandatory certification trainings
Ahead of the training for teachers subject to mandatory certification, a preliminary needs assessment was conducted at the office of the Visual Armenia Development Foundation for 47 teachers.
In a collaborative and warm atmosphere the teachers were introduced to the format of the mandatory certification trainings, the specific features of the module offered by the Foundation, and conducted a preliminary assessment in order to ensure the teachers would be more informed and prepared to participate in the trainings.
In his address to the teachers the Executive Director of the Foundation stated, “We aim to walk this path with the teachers, developing, enriching, and making our training program more needs-driven. We also prioritize the environment in which the teacher experiences the training. We will do everything possible to create an atmosphere of trust, contributing to the success of high-quality training.”
We would like to remind you that the upcoming training sessions will take place from October 1 to November 1, both in-person and online.
The Foundation plans to conduct trainings both in Yerevan and in all the regions of Armenia.
