“The wait for the announcement of schools that earned smart-boards was reminiscent of the anticipation for the ‘Oscar’ awards; we were tense and impatient,” says Kristine Avetisyan, a teacher at Yerevan’s Gurgen Margaryan Secondary School No. 94, recalling July 1, when the Visual Armenia Development Foundation announced the schools that earned the latest technology in the ‘Smart-Boards for the WorldView Schools 2024’ competition.

Our Foundation is pleased to inform you that the second batch of smart-boards has also arrived in Armenia, and Visual Armenia has begun the process of distributing the them. Gurgen Margaryan Secondary School No. 94 is one of the institutions where we have already installed modern technology that will make the use of the “WorldView” platform more efficient and offer numerous innovative learning opportunities. 

The Executive Director of the Visual Armenia Development Foundation, Hovhannes Ghazaryan, personally followed the delivery of the smart-boards by visiting several winning schools, meeting with the principals, teachers, and students, and congratulating them on their victory achieved through effective work.

The Foundation’s director and the school directors signed cooperation agreements, thus affirming their readiness for further joint projects and endeavors. Visual Armenia will continue to support schools in providing quality education that meets modern requirements for all students.

We sincerely thank all the schools for their warm welcome, enthusiasm, and appreciation of the work done by the Foundation.
