A New Phase: Launch of the WorldView Regional Training Program 2026

With the launch of its three-tier Regional Training System, the WorldView educational program of the Visual Armenia Development Foundation enters a pivotal new stage of growth and systemic expansion. This initiative is designed to ensure the sustainable improvement of educational quality across Armenia — making modern teaching methodologies accessible not only in the capital, but in every region of the country.

Local Leadership for Systemic Change

A defining pillar of the program is the development of local leadership capacity. In each region of Armenia and in Yerevan, one graduate of the Foundation’s Mentorship Program has been selected to serve as a Regional Trainer. These educators have undergone specialized preparation to disseminate the WorldView methodology and foster its learning culture within their communities.

This model establishes a sustainable network of local educational leaders who will provide ongoing professional support, facilitate peer-to-peer learning, and ensure the meaningful and long-term integration of educational innovations in schools.

What Makes This Program Distinct

The three-tier regional training system is intentionally designed not only to transfer knowledge, but to build capacity and activate local ecosystems. It aims to ensure:

• Continuous professional growth of teachers
• Strengthening of community-based educational environments
• Peer exchange and collaborative learning
• Sustainable implementation of educational innovations

Within this framework, Regional Trainers will work directly with schools in their respective regions — organizing training sessions, workshops, consultations, and collaborative project-based initiatives.
